About SellChargeOffs
Last updated:
Short answer: SellChargeOffs is a US seller-side service that helps creditors, including banks, credit unions, fintechs, healthcare providers, utilities, auto lenders, law firms and businesses, sell charged-off debt, court judgments and receivables to vetted, licensed buyers. We are not a debt collector, we never contact consumers, and valuation requests are free.
What is SellChargeOffs?
A confidential marketplace and introduction service for organizations that own debt and want cash for it. Sellers share summary data, sign a mutual NDA, and review bids from buyers who represent they hold the required state licenses.
How do we get paid?
Sellers pay nothing to request a valuation. We may be paid by buyers (a per-introduction fee or a success fee at closing) or, in a managed sale, by the seller. Any compensation is disclosed in writing before you sign. [PLACEHOLDER: owner to confirm final fee model.]
Are we a debt collector?
No. SellChargeOffs does not collect debts, does not buy debt for collection, and never contacts consumers. Buyers that collect must comply with the FDCPA, CFPB Regulation F and state law.
How do we handle data?
Summary information only until a mutual NDA is signed. Account-level data then moves through an encrypted data room to qualified buyers, consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule.
How can you contact us?
Email: [PLACEHOLDER: contact email, owner to confirm]. Or use the valuation request form.
